What is the process to make a reservation? 

  1. You can make your reservation through our website ( and selecting the "Make Reservation" button to enter your reservation details and payment method. 

  2. You can also make reservations by phone at (+52) 442 802 94 10, any day of the week and at any time of the day. We will only ask you for: dates of stay, number of people, name of owner, city or country where you are visiting us, telephone number, contact email and credit card to guarantee the reservation.  

  3. In case you prefer the option of booking by e-mail (, we will ask you for the same information as by telephone.  

  4. And there is also the option to make reservations through virtual agencies such as: "" and "".


Is there a "One Day Pass" option? 

No, at the moment we do not have this option.


Can I check-in early?

Yes, if you request it before 3:00 p.m. and the maximum advance check-in time is noon (12:00 p.m.), as long as the room type corresponding to your reservation is available. (The cost per extra hour is $200.00 MXN for the rooms: Biz Express, Biz Standard, The Fujitaya and The Fujiyata Executive. For any other room type, the hourly rate is $400.00 MXN).


Can I "Late check-out"?

Yes, the check-out time limit is after 12:00 p.m., granting an additional 60 minutes tolerance time to our guests after the check-out time. But in case you need to make a "Late Check-out" after the tolerance time, an extra charge will be applicable for each hour after the limit time, which would be after 13:00 hours. (The extra charge will be $200.00 MXN per hour for room type: Biz Express, Biz Standard, The Fujitaya and The Fujitaya Executive; for any other room type the extra charge will be $400.00 MXN per hour).


What are the check-in and check-out times? 

Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.


Can I arrive a few hours before check-in time? 

Yes, in case your room is not yet available, you will have access to our common areas and restaurant; while we store your luggage until we deliver your room. 


Up to what age is considered a "child"? 

We consider a child up to 12 years of age, which does not generate any additional cost. And from 13 years of age onwards, we consider you as an adult at the time of booking. 


Do I have to count my baby as a "child" at the time of booking? 

Yes, please kindly register the baby as a "child" as he/she is under 12 years old.


If you require a crib for babies under 3 years old in your room, you may request it at the time of booking, as it is subject to availability.


What is the limit of occupants per room? 

The number of occupants will depend on the type of room you wish to stay in; this information can be viewed at the time of making your reservation through our website.
