Is the Ofuro shared with other guests? 

Yes, our Ofuro is available for shared use by several guests and residents at the same time. Because our facilities allow us to provide the necessary amenities for the enjoyment of several visitors at the same time. And the access is only divided into men and women.

Can I enter the Ofuro with a bathing suit or any other garment?

No, you must undress until you are completely naked and you can temporarily store your clothes in one of the baskets located in the dressing room. To be able to enter naked to the area where the hot water pool is located

Can I take a photo or video of my experience inside the Ofuro?

No, because it is an area shared with other visitors and access is nude; the entrance and use of any type of camera or device that can record or photograph is not allowed. Please, we invite you to report to the staff if you find another person taking pictures or video inside the Ofuro during your visit.

Can I go directly into the hot water of the Ofuro? 

No, you must first take a shower in any of the surrounding showers in order to cleanse your body of impurities from the outside and remove soap, sunscreen, makeup or any other substance. Since the pool is shared with other visitors, the water should remain as clean as possible so that you can enjoy full relaxation.

At what temperature is the water in the Ofuro pool? 

You can find the water at the perfect temperature of 41.4 to 42.5 °C (41.4 to 42.5 degrees Celsius), so you can relax your body and calm your mind.

When can I visit the Ofuro? 

The usual opening hours during the week (Monday to Friday) are 17:00 hours, until 23:00 for the women's area and until 24:00 for the men's area. And in the case of weekends and holidays, the schedule is extended; men is from 6:00 - 14:00 / 15:00 - 24:00 and for women from 6:00 - 15:00 / 16:00 - 23:00.

Is there any cost to enter the Ofuro?

No, access is free and exclusive for all our guests and residents.

Do I need to remove my shoes when entering the Ofuro? 

Yes, when entering you must remove your shoes and store them temporarily on any of the shelves available next to the entrance.

Do I need to bring anything into the Ofuro?

No, it is not necessary to bring any toiletries such as shampoo, soap or towels; you will find all the necessary amenities inside the Ofuro. In addition, we recommend that you do not bring valuables so that you can better enjoy your experience.
