In what language can I communicate with FUJITAYA staff? 

You can communicate with us in English, Japanese and Spanish. By phone, email and in person at FUJITAYA.

Does FUJITAYA allow "Pet friendly" access? 

No, at the moment we only allow access to pets with medical prescription, which must be shown at the entrance.

Are there "baby changing facilities" inside the Hotel?

Yes, you can use our restroom equipped with "Baby Changer"; located next to the Mini-shop, on the second floor.
