NEW IMPROVEMENTS IN THE AREA

The Juriquilla area, home to FUJITAYA, continues to grow and develop, offering an increasingly comfortable, safe, and well-connected environment with a wide variety of nearby services and destinations.

For this reason, we are pleased to share some of the key developments and improvements taking place in the surrounding area, including the construction of a new pedestrian bridge that will provide easier access to nearby commercial areas and contribute to improved road safety.

THE NEW PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

Until now, there has not been a safe option for crossing to the other side of the Fray Junípero Serra Ring Road without the need to use a vehicle.

Currently, many people need to cross the avenue from one side to the other, facing potentially unsafe conditions due to the lack of a suitable pedestrian crossing.

For this reason, we offer our guests and long-stay residents a Complimentary Transportation Service on weekends, allowing them to complete their daily shopping or explore the different establishments in the area with greater comfort and safety.

Fortunately, construction is already underway on the first pedestrian bridge that will connect both sides of the avenue. According to official government information, construction is expected to be completed during the final days of October 2026.

CONTINUOUS POWER SUPPLY

The public electricity supply system in the area has improved. In addition, FUJITAYA is equipped with an efficient Emergency Power Generator System, allowing us to keep essential services operating without interruption whenever necessary.

NEW OPTIONS AND ACTIVITIES

New padel courts have also recently opened near FUJITAYA, along with new cafés and bars that expand the variety of places available to explore and enjoy.

These new additions complement the wide range of entertainment, sports, and social activities already available in the area.
