POLICY

  • NOT INCLUDED: Furniture, lighting, ambulance, valet parking, decorative flowers or centerpieces, or audio equipment.

  • TASTING: It has an extra cost and can only be done on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment.

  • SUPPLIER MENU: It has an extra cost.

  • DATE RESERVATION: After signing the contract and covering the total payment for the rental of the space, with a minimum of 20 days prior to the day on which the event will be held.

  • CANCELLATION PENALTY: There will be no refund of the space rental fee.

  • GOVERNMENT PERMITS: It is the client's responsibility to request the necessary permits from the competent authorities to avoid a possible suspension or cancellation of the event due to a complaint.

  • SMOKE-FREE ZONE: Smoking is prohibited outside of the designated areas within the Hotel.
